TAALEEM FOR ALL - TALENT BANK OF PAKISTAN
Taaleem for All's Talent Bank would comprise of leading intellectuals and professionals from all walks of life. They will be united on one platform contributing voluntarily towards the betterment of the company.
Talent Bank of Pakistan comprises of three segments namely Future Bank, Youth Bank and Brain Bank. These could also be referred to as Brain Pool or Think Tanks. Each of the banks would have committees that would effectively design, implement and monitor its objectives.
The committees would comprise of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds excelling in their respective fields. These members shall identify the root cause of numerous problems in Pakistan, suggest a remedy and further plan of the future strategies for a better tomorrow.
While choosing the appropriate members for the respective committees, we would ensure that they don’t just have the desired competency, intellect and vision but also possesses a staunch character in order to keep the organization and its objectives free from any bias or personal motives.

FUTURE BANK
Future Bank would aim to direct children towards a better future by not just emphasizing on their educational needs but also on their social upbringing in order to ensure that they grow up to be responsible citizens of the country.
Though much of the Bank's emphasis would be on the education sector, it would take a keen interest in providing healthcare facilities. This would not just include healthcare tips but ways to maintain personal hygiene but also facilitate in providing preventive care which would include various vaccinations and medications to counter any fatal disease that they could possibly be prone to.
Future Bank shall have the following committees:
- Education
Education committee shall primarily focus on the education of the children on whom, the future of Pakistan rests. Their agenda would revolve around planning, coordinating and reviewing the provision of education and services ancillary thereto in recognized schools and centers for education established or maintained by the committee. The committee would also assess whether the manner in which it performs its functions is economical, efficient and effective.
- Healthcare
The committee would advise on healthcare issues. It would seek for government funded medical programs and awareness schemes run by non-governmental organizations and United Nations and work in liaison with these organizations to ensure that these facilities reach out to people effectively. Taaleem for All recognizes that a lot of organizations are working in healthcare sector to provide basic facilities to people but much of these campaigns lack proper coordination. This committee, in addition to providing advice and awareness to people, would keep a track of healthcare programs that are meant to facilitate people and bringing them under one roof.

YOUTH BANK
Youth Bank would serve as a gateway for the youth to choose a career for themselves. The bank would identify the potential of individuals and provide guidance in choosing the right occupation. This will not just help secure their future but also contribute positively towards the society whose future rests on the upcoming generation. The Bank would also emphasize on behavioral development of the youth, enhancing their leadership management skills while shaping their attitude to work in teams.
Youth Bank shall keep itself updated on professional demands in the job market. It would keep liaison with several industries to identify their professional needs and likewise, direct he youth to take up a specific career. The Bank would also channelise potentials that it sees in any of these individuals.

BRAIN BANK
The primary objective of Brain Bank is to help and assist the government in the development and effective implementation of programs that contribute in the uplift of society as a whole. This bank shall comprise learned personalities who hold a distinguished position in the society.
Brain Bank would comprise of the following committees each of which would have 10 members:
- Education
Education Committee would be involved in educating/training people so that they cannot just contribute to the society, but also earn a livelihood for themselves. For this purpose, the committee would keep a liaison with technical and vocational training centers to develop opportunities for technical and vocational education in for country in order to produce trained manpower that commensurate with the needs of the industry and economic development growth. This would enhance the chances of employment of technical and vocational education graduates by moving from static, supply-based system to a demand-driven system. The committee could advise on revision and updating of curricula keeping forth the changing needs of the job market and for accomplishing new developments. The committee shall play a vital role in strengthening institution-industry linkages to enhance the relevance of the training to the requirements of the job market.
The committee would advise people on which industry to pursue keeping forth the market demand. For instance, emerging technologies e.g. telecommunication, computer, electronics, cellular phones, automation, petroleum, garments, food prevention, printing and graphics, textile, mining, sugar technology, etc.
The committee would also make several publications available for the social education of the people. These publications could spread awareness on resolving their local dispute, tips for effective agriculture, communal living, ethical responsibilities, protection against potential diseases, meaningful upbringing of the children, stress on education, and so forth.
- Healthcare
The committee would advise on healthcare issues. Other than the agenda mentioned above, which would be coordinating with several existing programs and facilitating coordination between people and the organizations, Bank's Healthcare Committee would also incorporate ways of maintaining personal hygiene and cure against diseases in publications that would be given out to people.
- Small Business
The committee would comprise financial experts, bankers and accountants who would advise people on small businesses. The committee would also run short courses educating people on individual practices such as product branding, packaging and quality control. These courses would prepare people to apply the knowledge to their potential jobs or businesses that might want tocarry. Advice like ways of financing, likelihood of business being successful and tips on enhancing existing business would be given by the expertise pool who would be members of the respective committee.
- Legal
One of the major problems faced by people here is illiteracy combined with ignorance. People are not even aware of their basic rights, protections laws or ways to seek legal advice. For addressing the legal issue, the committee would have competent lawyers who would advise people on legal issues. The committee would also publish brochures that could educate people about basic laws and their applications. Further, the committee would also make available to people, lawyers who could assist them in sorting out and addressing their concerns.
- Engineering Infrastructure
This committee would advise on improvement, maintenance and usage of infrastructure that plays an important part in our lives. Clean drinking water and proper drainage would be he main agenda of this committee. It shall also advise people how to effectively manage...
